ORLANDO, FLA. — Earl Enterprises, parent company of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci’s, has acquired Brio Italian Grille and Bravo! Italian Kitchen from FoodFirst Global Restaurants, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
