After each use we recommend scraping debris with a plastic spatula, wiping with damp cloth, then air drying. Food-grade mineral oil should be applied often to keep the wood from drying out and assist in repelling moisture. The peel will arrive to you unfinished but we recommend maintaining it with mineral oil.
Keep this peel in good shape and it will be an excellent vehicle for your pizza!
