Avoid metal cutlery to avoid altering the flavor.<br />Caviar is best appreciated on its own, given its value and fine aroma; however, Baikal is perfect paired with cold or slightly lukewarm dishes such as cold spaghetti, caviar and chives.</p> <p>Fundamental to quality caviar is the method of feeding the sturgeon: drop-feeding ensures that the sturgeon are always fed fresh feed. In order to prevent fish from feeding on the muddy deposits at the bottom of the river, nets are installed to prevent them from going deep.<br />Thanks to the precision and meticulous care of the product, we are able to serve a product of the highest standard for the most discerning palates.
